The new (and improved) design for Experiment 026 - a.k.a Megan.

Megan has no powers because her design was never fully finished when she was activated by Hamsterviel.
As a result, her brain was partly scrambled, giving her the IQ and behaviour of a 5 year old (yet she can be incredibly smart without knowing), and extremely random behaviour. (Such as sleeping in the dishwasher, or watching the turned off TV.)
Because she has no powers, her one true place is with Neon, another experiment who was created powerless. Her job is to make him feel as if he belongs.
The only way Megan can be shut down is if she eats cheese within one hour of eating skittles, and vice versa. So Jumba has to watch her very carefully after she's eaten either one of them.
As a result of having a 5 year olds IQ, Megan loves playing 'Cotton Eye Joe', and 'The Caramell Dance' over and over and over and over and over and over and over again, much to everyones annoyance.
